CAMPING GUIDELINES:
· YOU are responsible
for your trash. We will all recycle aluminum and plastic. Smash
aluminum cans and put them in a
separate container. Place plastic in a separate container.
NEVER throw anything on the ground, do not leave leftover food
anywhere. When you are finished eating, clean up. Leftover
food must be removed from container and placed in trash. Use a
minimum of water in cleaning your dishes. Do not wash dishes
at water faucet. Do not turn on water and let it run.
· FIRES: We will
not collect wood at the campsite. If you want a fire you must bring
wood or purchase it. Whomever
lights the fire is responsible for putting the fire out. You
must pour water on the fire and stir it until you can place your hand in
the ashes.
· You must camp in
designated areas only.
· You must always be
present at evening meetings. Roll will be taken at 9:00PM.
If you are ill and cannot be present you
must inform Ted Reeves.
· QUIET TIME:
In National Parks Quiet Time is 9:00 PM.. This means you must talk
in a whisper, or better yet, go to
sleep. You will have other campers close by and you must not
disturb them.
· GET TO SLEEP.
We will have full days and you are expected to be mentally alert and physically
capable. Be asleep
by midnight.
