The service is for the use of Chaffey High School administrators, faculty and staff. Call the Career Center for more information and literature. There is a packet of information available in the Career Center in South Hall if you want to stop by and look over and/or copy. There is also an 800 number if you need assistance.

Steps to Access CX Online

  1. Launch your browser (Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer)
  2. Access the "Open Location" feature from your browser

3. Enter the URL address using lowercase characters with no spaces as follows: http://cx.bridges.com

  1. Select appropriate region (IE Canadian, American)

  1. Select Professional

6. The screen will display a dialogue box asking you for your User Name and a Password. [Pick up your USERNAME and PASSWORD at the Career Center in South Hall]

  1. Type in your User Name. As the User Name is entirely numeric, be sure to use the number 0 (zero) and the number 1 (one) instead of alphabetic characters. (Guest access -- as registered)

  1. Press the < Tab > key on the keyboard to advance to the Password field. (Note: you can also use your mouse pointer to reposition the insertion point in the Password field).

  1. Type, in lowercase characters with no spaces, your Password.

  1. Press the < Enter > key, or click < Open > to access CX.

  1. Once the Update Newsletter is displayed, you're now in the Professional Services Newsletter. You may wish to bookmark it in your browser. To get to the Daily Career News page, click on the CX Student button on your toolbar.
