FEES: $55.00 for first child $45.00 for each additional sibling
ONLY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MAY REGISTER A PLAYER!!!!!!
Uniform and pictures are included in the fee. Shin guards
must be purchased and are available at most stores selling athletic
equipment. Scholarships will be available in certain instances.
New players must bring proof of birth date (birth certificate or other
official document). The registration form will ask for the name of the
players private medical insurance, if any, and the name of his/her personal
physician. All information must be filled-in on registration form to
complete registration.
Players registering on the above dates will be guaranteed placement on a
team. AYSO is totally dependent on volunteers, thus the computer could place
your child on a non-coached team. A volunteer must come forward to coach the
team or the team could be disbanded and a refund will be made to those
players. Late registration will be on a space available basis with an
additional $5 per player late fee. For additional information call (909)
