happened -- perhaps if I find out about it, I'll make it for the next

way from Australia. This may seem late or delayed, but you are eighteen
hours ahead of us, so that's my excuse for not signing your Guestbook
sooner. I was sleeping.
I thought I would post some pertinent hyperlinks
to the Chronology
of George Chaffey's Life, and also one that we made about the Chaffey
Family.
Of course, I cannot forget the Chaffey-Garcia
House. You will also find some history there about Mildura which you
mentioned and where you live. Give my regards to the media teacher there.

The Chaffey Web page is most impressive. I think the
music could be a little more upbeat. How about the "Tiger Rag"?
Have just read the entire guestbook and find there are very few from the
late forties and early fifties signed in. Where are all of you? Would like

Excited about coming to our 30 year reunion !!!
Coming in from Vienna, Austria. I work for the U.S. State Dept Foreign
Service. Check out our site at www.osce.usia.co.at We are knee deep in the
Kosovo war now. Anyone interested in those worthwhile causes, I know of an
honest one that really gives to the needy in Kosovo and surrounding
countries at war. It is called Farmers Help Farmers. I support it each
month by sending a food box. This wonderful husband/wife team drive the
boxes to the areas and distribute the goods to the needy. If you are
interested in donating to their cause, send me an e-mail and I will hook
you up with them. This group rebuilds lives by rebuilding their homes and
feeding/clothing them. See you at the 30th !!!

Comments: I read about this web-page and the guest book on an
internet tribute site to Robert Shaw, the great choral musician and
conductor (and Chaffey High Grad!) who passed away on Jan. 25 at the age
of 82. All of us in choral music, and anyone who had contact with Mr. Shaw
mourn his passing greatly, and those who worked with him were truly
blessed.
