Hello folks, It has only been a few days since the posting
of the Chaffey High school
1982 reunion web site
and we
have had over 130 visitors!!!! This is very encouraging!!!
It is however a discouragement as only three people have
signed the guestbook (myself included, I had to test it) :-)
Please sign the book so we can start building an address
base. I have tried sending the page as a hyperlink to
those in the 1982 alumni listing and gotten a lot of bad

not moved to Florida during my 7th grade year at
Vina Danks. I went to Edison Elementary. My sister,
Theresa Hilley went to Chaffey until her junior year.

We have our deposits made and we are on the fund raising
trail!!! If anyone out there wants to donate door prizes,

We are posting some information
of interest to the Chaffey Communities:
Sunday our WebMaster reconstructed an old Chaffey
Vietnam Page which has been dedicated to
The
forty-five Vietnam Veterans of the Chaffey District whose names are
listed on the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. and on The Moving Wall.
Over the past six years we have been researching
and gathering information, pictures and links. We hope
the
2,875+ Chaffey Alumni who are now listed on Chaffey's Pages, along
with all of the the Chaffey
Communities, will visit the results of the work of Chaffey students,
faculty and our WebMaster. |

Also, this is in time for the actual
Moving
Wall of the Vietnam Veterans to make its visit to the Chaffey High
School Campus on Euclid Avenue. It will be here, in front of Gardiner West
Spring Auditorium from October 23 through October 30, twenty-four hours

On June 28 I lost my best friend and fellow Chaffey grad
Cathleen (Hansen) Walgren. For those of you who knew her
I just wanted to let you know. I will forever miss her.
Life is so short. I can only tell you cherish those
years you are young, love your friends as if you will

you do not like, for they may someday become your very
